matesmall is carrying out overseas delivery in conjunction with various delivery companies.

If you want to ship overseas, please be aware of the following before ordering.
Please be informed that the customer is responsible for the problem caused by not checking the notice.


1. Overseas delivery is basically done through DHL. In countries where DHL shipping is difficult or where local courier service is supported, it will be delivered through other carriers. (See below.)
- Overseas shipping companies using Matesmall : DHL, EMS, KSE, FedEx, PANTOS, SHIPNERGY, YOUNG SUNG, YUNDA, etc.
- If the country of delivery is Brazil, you must enter the CPF number separately in the '배송시요청사항(Message)' when ordering. Delivery may be delayed if the information is not included, and the person in charge requests individually to the email address you entered when ordering.
Depending on the shipping situation, the shipping companies may be changed and the product may be sent by any other shipping companies.

2. In countries where delivery is difficult due to the current COVID-19 situation, additional shipping costs may be incurred due to the use of alternative delivery companies. In this case, we will inform you individually to the email address you entered when ordering.

3. If the product is returned or discarded due to customer reasons, such as incorrect address, unknown recipient, or not receiving contact after it arrives in the customer's country, matesmall will not be responsible.
- If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or unknown recipient, additional tariffs may be imposed on the customer as the product is 'imported' from the customer's country to Korea.
- If you fail to receive the delivery company's contact, despite sufficient guidance from the delivery company, it is considered 'waiver of receipt' and can be discarded locally as 'The customer has no intention of receiving the product.'

4. Customs tax that may occur at the place of receipt when shipping overseas is not included in the product price. The price that matesmall reports to customs is 'Products price + Delivery fee', and customs tax is set based on that amount.
- If the total amount of orders delivered to the same person exceeds a certain amount within a certain period of time, customs tax may be imposed on the total amount of orders delivered regardless of the amount of individual orders.
- Please understand that national taxes are a matter that the customer must check separately before ordering, and the exact amount is determined by local customs when the product arrives in the customer's country and passes customs, so it is not possible to check and guide in advance.
- If the customer fails to comply with the customs regulations or fails to pay the customs tax imposed on the customer within a fixed period of time, the goods will be discarded locally. matesmall is not responsible for compensation as this means 'waiver of the customer'.

5. In case of overseas delivery, we do not provide any assistance in case of omission/defects or other shipping problems if you use the delivery agency service(including cases when the address is not the actual address of recipient), in which the product is first received in Korea or other countries/addresses other than the customer's own address, and then delivered to the actual customer again.
- Please use the matesmall direct delivery service in case of a problem. If you are using an delivery agency service, the customer will be deemed to have been informed of and agreed to these issues.

6. Delivery is based on the address information in the order form created by matesmall Online Mall.


○ Poster
If a poster is presented separately when purchasing an album, posters will only be folded and shipped up to 3 pages regardless of the number of the album you purchased. (No additional shipping fee)
- If you purchase more than four albums, customers who want to receive the same quantity of albums and posters should request this in the '배송시요청사항(Message)' separately when ordering. The person in charge will check and inform you of the additional delivery fee to the email address you entered when ordering.
- Poster products are limited to first-press products and are presented on a first-come, first-served basis, so they may not be presented depending on the warehousing situation. If the poster is not presented, we will not inform you separately before delivery.

○ Product Omission/Defect/Misdelivery
If you have any questions because of the omission/defect/misdelivery of the product, please refer to the relevant notice.
